Poor customer service experience, trying to arrange a return. No return slip in my order and you have to send back yourself so no clue on if your return will be received or where to send over to. Emailed customer service the day I got my parcel to clarify and make sure I could just send back without the reasoning they stipulate they need in their returns policy. No response, chased up a week later still no response. I bought some items after seeing Emily Coxhead share on instagram and now wishing I hadn’t spent over £150 on 4 items. I have returned and hoping for the best it gets processed doesn’t fill you with confidence after no response to emails. Not a great first impression sadly which is a shame as some of there pieces look nice, my order quality wasn’t great on the tops lots of threads and stitching all over the place and for £30+ a piece I felt they need returned. Nevermind fingers crossed my return gets processed.
Great trousers and love this new raspberry colour. Look good with amalfi tops.
