We use Royal Mail as our nominated delivery service for all online orders.

UK Delivery

• Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £100
• Standard UK Delivery: £3.95 on orders under £100
• Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days from placing your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and promotional events.

International Delivery

• Republic of Ireland: £8
• Europe: £12
• Rest of World: £16

International delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local postal services. Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service, allowing you to place your order online and collect it from our shop.

Please note that stock for our website is held at our warehouse, which is a separate location from the shop. Please allow 2 working days from placing your order before collecting.

This is often much sooner but we will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before popping in to avoid dissapointment.

We will process your order within 48 hours Monday - Friday and then pass onto the courier for delivery. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Once you have placed order you will receive an email from the courier with tracking details.

During busy periods & due to the volume of orders, this may take longer, we appreciate your patience.

International Delivery

We hope you love your purchase, but if it isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of purchase.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 days.

Please note:

• The original postage charge is non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Please include your packing slip and a brief reason for your return inside the parcel.
• Sale items will be refunded onto a gift card.

We specialise in free-size clothing here at The Style Attic, with many of our pieces designed to fit a range of sizes rather than following traditional UK sizing.

We love offering relaxed, easy-to-wear styles that are designed to flatter and fit beautifully across different body shapes and sizes.

As sizing and fit can vary between styles, we always recommend checking the individual product description for specific fit information.
