The January Edit

Last week Jade & Leigh had the pleasure of visiting Paperworks, a charity based in our hometown of Leeds and one that’s making a huge difference for people in our community.

Paperworks is a social enterprise, they are a business aimed at delivering a social benefit. They’re also a registered charity.

Their main aim is to enhance work skills and wellbeing for adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental health needs. They provide a solid grounding for everyone to learn new skills, progress at their own pace and enjoy being in a shared work environment.

The meeting was a great way to learn more about how we can work together this year. Leigh said about the visit: “As a parent to a child with a learning & physical disability I can confirm there were a few happy tears shed on our visit, so watch this space for more info on The Style Attic X Paperworks collaboration”

International Women's Day is around the corner once again and being an all-female business that was founded because of our special lady Edie, makes it only seem apt that we mark the occasion the only way we know how, in style!

‘The only thing more powerful than a confident woman, is an army of them!’

We will be hosting our very first International Women’s Day Breakfast in our fabulous shop on Friday 8th March, at 9:30am. The seated event will see guests welcomed with a mouthwatering continental breakfast, mimosas, fresh juices’, wellbeing bundles, exclusive in-store offers, goodie bags, plus an up-close-and-personal conversation with our very own Leigh and a panel of fierce, fabulous females who will provide knowledge, life experiences and advice on how to breakthrough common female doubts and stereotypical expectations, because let’s face it, it’s never too late to pursue your happiness!

It’s set to be an unforgettable day, and with only 25 tickets available

Tickets are limited and launching via our social media platforms on February 1st and costing £25.
